We want you to love OrbitCowork. If you're not satisfied with a paid subscription to OrbitCowork (operated by Orbit Labs South Africa (PTY) LTD), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or your most recent renewal payment. No need to explain why.
How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@orbitcowork.app with your order details and we will help you submit the request.
Refunds are typically processed by Paddle within 3–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is issued, your workspace returns to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to all your data — only Plus features are switched off.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If you forget to cancel and would like a refund for a renewal you didn't intend to keep, contact us within 30 days of the renewal charge and we'll process the refund.
